Shipping policy

All products are shipped from our workshop in the UK. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

VAT is deducted from the UK list price, it is your responsibility to pay any customs/duties due in your country. This includes the 10% Trump Tariff for USA customers, which is payable by the receiver. 

2026 Update: All Guitars will be shipped Duty unpaid and any fees are to be paid by the receiver.

Merchandise and small orders have had their price corrected/increased for international orders. This is due to duties/import fees being paid by us at the point of shipping. There should be no extra fees to pay in your country.
